you could actually paint a black line where one unit ends and the next begins, then choose colors that look good together...light gray, dark gray, tan, brick, green, colonial blue, like bm historical colors or some other palette.

Actually, that extra 800 is post-addition of a bedroom I realize- its now a gross rent of about 6000, which I still think is workable.

I do buy and do a full rehab but on every property I have done I think I have a few more dollars in it than the property is actually worth (according to the county and what an appraiser might say).
