I'm going to assume that as well as putting gutter extensions on so you make sure all water runs away from the house and that gutter water drops a solid 3+ feet away from your foundation.

I think turnkeys are the perfect way to actually teach the basics so you can build your foundation before getting into the harder stuff.Typical services they provide (e.g., tenant search, property management) The turnkey providers find the distressed properties, rehab them fully, place tenants, and assign property management to the property to manage it on your behalf.
