@Greggory Kowalkowski I had this same exact scenario in one of my units...property is from 1880.We did the old fashioned method in 75% of the unit which was spraying chemicals and scraping down to the horse hair plaster.

Throw in condos and that is a whole different market.Even in the same school district houses west of western sell for a few hundred thousand dollars less.

Just like the old fashioned markets, you produce something and sell at some value.

I have taken a profit on the properties in California, but not selling the stuff I own in western wa.

Nope, I don't have the legs for it, or the desire to be a pseudo fashion model. 

The A class neighborhoods here in the Western suburbs don't make much sense, but there are plenty of B and C class areas where you can find really solid cash flowing properties. 

I am going to continue to test the idea out with a few more trips using the old cell phone as the miles tracker... i am unsure if all apps are available to do this method of tracking, but so far MilesIQ seems to be functioning in this fashion..
