I normally try to buy a property each year.I currently own 6 units, and my own house, and also in the process of buying a 3 units property, hopefully we will close it soon.However, I decided to get into Flipping side of it, has investor friends around me, unless I find an awesome deal on rental side, I only want to focus on flipping since rental side is becoming more time consuming every day.So, I would like to be art of BP community in anyway I can.Let me know if you need help on anything.

The bars and coffee shops is a good visual indication to show where the young professionals and college graduates are flocking too which usually equates to a higher price tag area on the rise.
