Semi newbie from Baltimore, MD
Hi guys,
I have been a member since last august, but never really fully become a participant.
Lately, I start listening the podcasts from the beginning, and the more I listened the more I interested in BP community.
Here is a summary about me.
Originally, I am from Turkey, graduated from U. of Baltimore MBA program, worked in different industries, have been buying rental properties since 2005, and last year became a RE Agent.
I normally try to buy a property each year.
I currently own 6 units, and my own house, and also in the process of buying a 3 units property, hopefully we will close it soon.
However, I decided to get into Flipping side of it, has investor friends around me, unless I find an awesome deal on rental side, I only want to focus on flipping since rental side is becoming more time consuming every day.
So, I would like to be art of BP community in anyway I can.
Let me know if you need help on anything.

As you already noticed, listen to as many podcasts as you can. You will get ideas from other people's experiences. You have a head start than most people with those 6 units and your house. Flipping is great just make sure that your first deal has enough meat on the bone to allow for some newbie mistakes. Hope you find a decent deal soon.
Good luck
Thanks,
I have been looking for a deal, seems like margins are tighter, I also feel like I might be over analyzing, but will get something :D))
