The contractor that I've worked with on projects around my personal home has ALWAYS quoted his labor only.

I'm wondering if the prices will top out or stagnate while the i70 project rolls through, and if there will actually be a revival afterward.

They tend to look more at you at a Bank and look more at the project that Private Lender looks at and they may charge a little more than a Bank.
