Hello I Own Advanced Concept Builders and i Build Specialized Structures from Shipping Containers. We also Build Investment properties weather there Wood, Container, or Steel. Were would i look to find investors interested in these Builds?  All design fees include prints, assessed value, and for investment properties Projected yearly income.
