agree except for the comment on leverage does not produce good returns. this is an incorrect statement...leverage provides awesome returns and has made many rich.

You might type in Google keywords like "your state personal property disposal laws" or "self storage eviction MN" and some things might come up.Usually when someone rents a unit for facility the legal stuff is spelled out in the contract.Look up Rich Weese on here as I think he has owned some storage units as well as Jon Holdman.
