We are not looking to get rich, just prepping for a comfortable retirement.We are blessed with 5 grandchildren who live within a few miles of us here.

The positive cash flow from these units will not make us rich, but we won't starve while my husband can pursue his goals.The bottom line is that you have to be prepared to WORK.

You might type in Google keywords like "your state personal property disposal laws" or "self storage eviction MN" and some things might come up.Usually when someone rents a unit for facility the legal stuff is spelled out in the contract.Look up Rich Weese on here as I think he has owned some storage units as well as Jon Holdman.
