@Kurt Charles and @John Thedford you both mentioned the fact that being a Real Estate Agent takes a lot work. And

Agents can be paid a salary according to there work and experience.

So I'm currently living abroad doing volunteer work, and when I get back stateside in a year and change, have plans to start investing in real estate, mostly house-hacking and transitioning into accumulating MFHs. 

I don't  want to make my margin so slim and spend 2 months of work and risk for 3K profit. :)

I have major categories that are necessities, leisure, work, and then sub categories like eating, sleeping, social media, house searching etc.

Take a look at their work and business model and keep plugging away at your job, learn as much as you can about detailing a building, permitting, and construction.  

Ask your landlord to send you copies of all the contractors receipts for work and material.

as above. i have tried a few sprays but they don't tend to work and called a few pest control agencies but they don't give guarantee on the bed bugs thing.. any help would be appreciated.. thanks in advance!
