What you're suggesting is only going to set 99% of these women up for failure because they don't have a foundation that will allow them to be successful.So I say go for it but think about if you want to help them build a foundation made from concrete or legos. 

IF he is either (1) going to go there in person to do it himself, OR (2) going to go there in person to set up his team himself.if he does it from Internet, his chances of success are low =)
