I am thinking of purchasing a house in Mira Mesa area of San Diego, California.

Its my first time wholesaling im trying to meet with experienced investors get some tips and advice

If you can't afford anything decent in your neighborhood of San Leandro you should either 1.

Chris, my business partner and I own units in San Diego and work as commercial brokers for multi-family investments. 

I see it expressed all San Diego does not cash flow for buy n hold but I do not agree.  

We are based in Brentwood and work all over the San Francisco Bay Area.  

Leaving NYC for San Diego soon and would rather not self-manage from across the country.

One I believe it was Datsun ( that's what Nissans were called in the early days for you younger folks out there) they were the first auto manufacotrer to offer 0% financing.. which of course as we know has been copied for years and years since the mid to early 80s.Second was I had Saudi clients from San Francisco that because of religious reasons could not pay interest So since we owned all the properties we sold.. ( my dad was in the land business big time 300 to 500 sales a year)WE came up with our own 0% financing and just flat killed it.. 

Seeking SFH to flip in Silicon Valley, CA. 1) What acquisition strategy are applicable to this area? 2) Which RE agents would you recommend?
