i would cashout and keep the condo . selling it you're giving up 8-9% . you can cashout to 75% lets say for example . its about a 15% difference in equity and you keep the property

so if you would pay $1600 in rent, but you could buy a duplex, and your mortgage is $2000, but you collect $800 in rent.definitely house hack - you're building equity AND saving money in this scenario.
