Perhaps, she may not have been entirely truthful about her present circumstances to the section 8 office and when this was discovered they basically said, there was a mistake made, we can only give a two bedroom voucher payment amount.

I know insurance would hopefully help rebuild, but the loss in revenue for what would be 2+ years would be tough to handle.We bought that place before I discovered BP so I might've handled the purchase differently now that I'm more knowledgeable about planning for capex, etc.
