I have tried searching quite a bit but most of the ones I find seem to be mostly composed of people with little or no experience (ie, NYC FLIPPIN - meeting location: Jason's basement friday nights, brooklyn) Not that I'm trying to be a snob but I want to try to reach for a group that's very professional so I can learn things from them, not surround myself with peers who have no real experience or wisdom and have the same questions I do.Thanks!

I highly recommend either hiring someone or taking on the learning curve and building a professional site on your own domain if you want to do it long term or for professional reasons.

Bats are nocturnal hunters going out at night and feed off of insects and a few animal species.What I would do is have a professional exterminator get rid of them.

What he does and did is no reflection on you simply because you hold a similar license with the RE commission.I have no idea how good or bad of an agent you are, but the fact that you mix it up here with other invetors tells me you are more savvy and professional than most others.Bottom line here is I am not or did not attack your credibility or profesionalism, yet you insist on arguing that I must have done something wrong to deserve not getting the deal.
