Should I be counting the up front escrowed money for my analysis? 

The owner did well, my parents were able to downsize, and I was able to get a new investment property for minimum money down.

It's like choosing between two different adventures.If you sell the land, it's like getting money quickly to buy something you really like.

I normally do Amazon sales and i decided to invenst money I made on Amazon into this business.

The roof is new so shouldn’t have leaks but you never know and would like to know when a problem happens so we can get it fixed without causing more damage because it not addressed can cause more money to fix and further damage. 

It mostly just caused a lot of headaches and time but it will cost them some money to rebrand and some legal advice.

Otherwise, without a strategy or plan, you will be wasting your time and money.
