Thanks for the reply, that's what I am worried about, if things goes worse with Cov19, the floor job still can't be done before Apirl 15th. tenant still wants to move in on Apirl 15 but she want Apirl for free and another $2000 rent credit for May, and she doesn't want to move in before the floor is done.
