It should be a fun and rewarding journey.

It may be quite tricky to fully develop your life how you want it to be (because you do still have to pay bills and you will always have people nay-saying you and it is almost a job in itself to figure out what kind of life you really do want) but developing that is part of the journey it itself.

But remember there is there's no magic formula when it comes to investing.  

It's been a great journey for us and we are always looking to share our experiences and connect with like minded investors.We have been rehabbing single family properties in Philly and now we are looking to buy and hold multi families and apartment complexes (within 4hrs radius from Philly).
