Ignore the advertisements, and remember your actual credit score will be slightly different than what it tells you but its a good guide, and you can use it as a way to keep watch on account balances, and new accounts you didn't open.

People agree with you, and you find some way to respond rather obtusely with obscure stats as if you are against them, and people disagree with you, and you tell them they aren't on topic or you ignore their reasonable sources and years of experience and throw out more garbage.

If the owner and/or borrower (They can be two different people) didn't file, then the bankruptcy shouldn't have anything to do with this property but if someone did and listed it, only the trustee has authority for a property subject to bankruptcy protection so if you are hearing conflict, I'd ignore the person(s) that says differently.
