My cousin is looking to rent an apt in NYC and I would like to know if any of you guys have any listings that you would like to send me.He's looking to get into a 1 bedroom or studio apt. in or close to midtown manhattan.

I actually was able to contact one of the guys at the website, anyone that has any questions comments or feedback should contact REMOVED BY MODERATOR He took very kindly to my suggestions and said that they would be implemented within the next month.

And I got almost a whole house left....what kind of person paints their entire house in dark red and green, and lime green? Primer alone for ONE (larger) room took me 4 hours today...I'm in for it!

Like it has already been mentioned in this forum, the "big guys" were there and dominated the best buys.

Being a Manhattan real estate agent, I am acutely aware of the law and code of ethics that we have to adhere to, but the REI side of me wants to know what you guys think about whether this could be legal, and/or if it is a function of a loophole I don't know about.Thanks!
