You are right about section 8 tenants, it can be a "win"for both the tenant -- better schools and neighborhood --and for the owner who gets a good cash stream.How about it guys...any section 8 owners out there?

I have been reading all that I can on this forum and all over the internet and you guys have some great info here!

I'm not worried about replaceing them I set that in my budget to be around $6,000 repairing them might only cost $2,000 would you guys think people would be more interested in having the original windows in instead of newer ones.

Most landlords do hate vacancies and would like to know that they have a viable tenant even if they have to wait.

Guy next door recently did his small 2 fam over with vinyl, I think it cost him $28k.
