What are some of the things investors hate about Realtors?

However, a title guy I spoke with said that since It does not say "Time is of the Essence" that I need to send my end buyer a written notification of my intent to cancel the contract if she does not close?????

I manage for some owwners, and I hate it when the owners want to be lenient of compassionate, because I know that in some cases it is stupid and will come back to bite you.
