You are right about section 8 tenants, it can be a "win"for both the tenant -- better schools and neighborhood --and for the owner who gets a good cash stream.How about it guys...any section 8 owners out there?

I'm not worried about replaceing them I set that in my budget to be around $6,000 repairing them might only cost $2,000 would you guys think people would be more interested in having the original windows in instead of newer ones.
