Hi BPers -I'm expanding my wholesale operations into Tom's River, New Jersey (and surrounding cities) and am looking to connect with experienced and 'investor friendly' title agencies. 

Just because it has dual meters, etc., does not mean it is compliant or legal.

Yes, Since @Ethan G. mentioned not using specifics, I will just say I use a "Plano-based firm that is now the largest independent title agency in U.S" 

Any advice you can provide on best schools or training and agencies to work with would be appreciated.

One simply never answered her phone or emails, one guy was trying to work a deal as a dual agent that didn’t go through and wasn’t interested in working with an investor after that one deal, then it was this woman I wasn’t too found of.

Any information on real estate agencies or property management companies in those areas would be super helpful.

In a small bathroom you never both use it at the same time so no reason for dual vanity...but extra vanity storage and countertop space is very nice if you can squeeze 6-12”.

You do not need a real estate agent to buy a property, though it is generally advised to use an attorney and/or title agency.

Based out of Sydney Australia I have several year experience in commercial property (specifically office agency).Personally I have an interest in all things property however would like to start investing more - I own my house but feel I may have leveraged myself too much to be able to invest further.
