One simply never answered her phone or emails, one guy was trying to work a deal as a dual agent that didn’t go through and wasn’t interested in working with an investor after that one deal, then it was this woman I wasn’t too found of.

In a small bathroom you never both use it at the same time so no reason for dual vanity...but extra vanity storage and countertop space is very nice if you can squeeze 6-12”.
