Hello, my name is Tyler and I’m currently 23 years old. I live on the east end of Long Island and I’ve been a long time reader of bigger pockets, all of the success posts I’ve read have been super inspirational and I’d like to dive head first into the real estate investing world.

I would like to start off in the duplex, triplex and fourplex area of investing as I feel as if there's better cash flow for those types of properties opposed to SFH. I seem to be having trouble zoning in on an area I'd like to start investing in, was looking into the Kansas City and Indianapolis area but I am having trouble finding nice buildings that are up to date and don't need much work. My budget is in the $250-$250k area. Any information on real estate agencies or property management companies in those areas would be super helpful.

@Tyler Wisner a fellow hungry, young guy! Love to hear you are looking into Indy. I just turned 23 and have been investing in Indy for about 3 years now. Originally got started in the single fam space but have transitioned to multi fam. I run a small brokerage team in Indy and have been searching for larger opportunities on the multi fam side of things. Sounds like I could help you get the ball rolling. Hit me up and I can hook you up with a few PM companies and areas to watch out for. You have a long time in the game of real life monopoly so make it count. Hope this helps!

Cheers,
