To boot, when I introduced the buyer to the tenants, he told me about a program he was going to enroll the tenants in which would yield twice the rent I was getting (state-paid).

Second, sometimes the listing agents don't care much if they are tied up with more profitable listings... go leave a sweet card and introduce yourself to the tenants as a potential landlady that would like to meet them... can they please give you a call...:):) best wishes. ...
