Good morning Eric,I'm not familiar with the Cleveland market but these are tough times to find deals in some areas (especially here in NYC).

I was from and raised in the city or Dallas.  

However, to get started I must first get past this horrid bathroom.Unfortunately, in my rush to get to work this morning I failed to snap a shot of the entire bathroom but I will post at a later time.

I do not know anything about the El Paso area but I do live in Dallas County Texas and have a bit of experience.  

I'm looking forward to working with each of you on BP since it has provided so much in return already = podcasts, blog posts, materials, videos, forums, etc.Currently located in Dallas and although it's pretty obvious the inventory has dried up and seems like everyone is an investor, I'm motivated in connecting with the right people and resources to facilitate success.
