I like the concept, just not sure, that your are  NOT a "middleman" 

Not looking for anything in particular on Bigger Pockets but am interested in this concept and platform. 

If you invest yourself, you will have a better concept of what investors are looking for.  

I called my regular insurance company, and they can't seem to wrap their heads around the concept of fixing and flipping -- they don't think they can insure the place because it doesn't sound like the house is in very good condition.  

Flipping is one concept I am toying with but also perhaps an income property that can provide a steady flow of income.

Once you buy one it is proof of concept and typically inspires more saving etc.

None of that exists in crowdfunding.Furthermore, a secondary exchange for real estate LP interests is not a new concept.  

Maybe at H&R block, but at a public accounting firm you will see all different industries and you do get client contact.I also detest materiality (the concept in audit of "it's close enough" with pretty large amounts).

Im 31 and I just love the concept of property paying for itself.
