So I have a Pine  tree that fell and broke my fence, but the main problem is that it has not completely fallen and the fence is holding the tree up at the moment and it is leaning over my neighbors house.So my problem is I called my insurance company they said they will send a adjuster to asses the damage but they stated  I need to call a tree company and have the tree removed and that I have to pay for the tree to be removed and they will re imbursed me.

I'm a financial planner by profession, I deal largely with company and state retirement plans and assisting clients with retirement funding analysis.

It will probably cost me about $8,000 to get it rent ready.To my surprise, I called 2 title companies in the area and explained the deal and both of them said they could handle it, no problem.  

Legal fees could pertain to the settlement company, title searches, etc... 

Personally I use SpyReal.com I've been able to close a few deals using their data to contact vacant property owners.I was told that TLO has to come out and inspect your place of business or you need a PI license, credit company, or attorney.

Does anybody know of a good title company in the houston tx area that works with assignment of contracts?

Since I'm out of state I need to hire a management company.
