The entirety of this project was financed by a HELOC, and at closing, we will wipe out our debt incurred to complete this project.

It is a corporate housing arbitrage mentoring program.I'm about to sign up but wanted to do my due diligence I want to check with people here if this is legit and if the program is worth the money they as asking for.

You have to realize that these companies get their information from government records that can be very old.

Have you reached out to any city or county council people to see where thing stand?

What is your connection to this lawsuit or the individuals?

If you're in an area that has a lot of college students then you might want to think about ways to create the standards you need to fell comfortable with this.
