Going that route you're guaranteed to go broke sooner or later.That's just how bad things are here.

I wanted to post something similar but figured I would be poo poo'd since I am a "girl", and a liberal, nice LL one at that... 

Two tenants broke their lease, one had bad credit and one had perfect credit.

That mind control keeps you broke and will very often take the form of forcing you into living in too much house and driving too much car.

If my wife and are both gone, these ever changing (as I buy and sell while alive) holding companies can be tailored for the exact properties that I want each girl to have.

For the borrower they can get out of it by filing a IRS form that says at the time of the event they were broke.. but strategic defaulters who are not broke they can have issues.
