Customers need to lease 100% to maximize business.I would set up a management contract for salary plus bonus.  

What a bonus to have parents with experience in this arena!

The price of oil has dropped considerably and so most bonus payments (the amount you receive to sign a lease) are not going to be as high as they were.

If the banks were criminal in lending the money, then people who shorted the banks in the end are criminal of fraud.As for those "bankers" all getting bonuses, nothing was ever further than the truth.

So appreciation is just a bonus. 

Did they include the C-level executives' compensation and bonus at the insurance companies that are based in Hartford? 

I simultaneously refinanced my entire primary mortgage at a better rate, but only 0.25% lower than before, so it would not be worth doing that on its own, but for the cash out to reinvest, this is a little added bonus.

I get it that everyone wants to come to the party, especially now with prices having risen fairly dramatically, but sometimes I wonder if the Bigger Pockets room is akin to standing on the floor of a casino where a few people have won dramatic sums in some of the "skills" games (poker, blackjack, etc), and everyone else starts running out into the hallways begging for money to drop in the slot machine so they can get theirs too.Anyway, it seems an interesting philosophical question to ponder, and I'm curious what others may think!

Casinos, hospitals, schools, big businesses coming to the area that will create jobs and drive occupancy rates.
