The warranties are usually about $400 per year and they cover all the house systems, including HVAC and all appliances that were present at closing, transferred to the buyer by the seller.

The CO would be gases that are unwanted mostly. basically every heating appliance that "burns" gas will cause CO.

What I found out is that ALL houses need something done and "nothing to fix" mean only the basics like a fresh paint job, some patching, maybe a few missing appliances, carpet/flooring that needs cleaned or replaced and a few other items.

He is charging $35 per hour and "Clean Appliances and Trim" is 17 hrs at $35 per hour for $600 when it should be $595. and "Ceiling Patch" is 11 hours at $35 is $400 when it should be $385.
