fact is the way American gurus teach wholesaling its not legal in virtually every state in the union.. same rules apply.. entering into a contract with no ability to close is fraud in the inducement to contract.putting a property on the open market through website e mail blasts craigslist etc that you don't own is not legal without be a realtor.. we do need to remember this is all about the clever investor selling his program so he can drive his Lambo :)

We will be revolving mortgages every other year, giving each property a chance to accumulate payment history for proof of income to the banks.

Bank statements too, but what really matters is their credit history.

With comprehensive applications -- including pulled reports from TransUnion and nationwide criminal background checks + credit score + full credit history breakdown + eviction history -- the right platform should make it as seamless as possible for you if you're managing on your own. 

The resources are probably all American companies. 

Also, always get the actual property history and run your pro-forma's to to validate everything.
