Become a janitor then maybe a maintenance man, then a tradesman, etc.Once youre able to establish some serious skills, then maybe venture out to sales, commision type stuff, etc. youre ahead of your peers already, now u need to keep that gap. 

I wound up purchasing this property with the 25k, and the seller took a promissory note, which after some more negotiating, was 15k.

@Wallace ZhenI’ve had good luck in the U area and you can still find properties in MLS in your price range, 28262 & 28213 Look at the light rail map and new lines under construction follow the path of progress as they say and you can also find other good neighborhood.
