LLC is a total waste of money for one condo.. 

When you rent the place, turn off marketing in TenantCloud and it removes it from those sites.

I then removed interior wall separating living room from kitchen and installed supporting beam.

I recently removed 2 large unsightly and dangerous trees including the roots from the front yard and also removed 2 extremely large overgrown shrubs that covered each side of the house where you see the patch of browns near the windows in the after picture.

According to her, in this day and age they don't have the technical ability to remove the duplications.

Our contractor went over to check on progress for us and find a entire side yard dug up, fence ripped out, trees removed and debris everywhere.

However, I have heard horror stories about the homeless that can park out there and the police not coming to assist, gunshots, disrespect for your property, human waste lying around, and drug houses, and more.

How much is the mortgage, rental income, property taxes, insurance, trash removal, sewer use fees, etc.

A property that is not making cash flow is wasting the depreciation benefit because of it's limitations. 

you need to fully work out what is possible with the property you have so that you don't waste money on trial & error.
