It helps to have some expertise and experience where you choose to work. 

The key is working with an IRA Custodian that not only knows SDIRAs but really understands and has experience and expertise in the real estate industry, especially the closing and settlement processes. 

Local banks or branches may have some more expertise with the area and can provide you with some insight and help.

The slab has one minor crack, but it doesn't appear to go all the way through the depth of the slab, and isn't visible unless the light reflects at just the right angle. 

Seems to me that the interest rate is just gonna go up and up, and the market is cooling down visibly now.
