The home was located in a country club with extremely high monthly HOA fees, and there just weren't a ton of buyers in the market.So the house sat on the market for about 9 months before we decided that we had to do something drastic to catch the attention of the few potential buyers that did come through the house.

Thanks for the mention.I like the word "prolific" and am actually based in Toledo, Ohio where I do 99% of my deals.Every other property that I own (Mostly out of country), I have visited/lived in the area so I would consider those locations my "second home".I'm super glad that my blog got everyone's attention and made them stop and think.I've been in the business long enough to see way to many horror stories.In particularly ones with out of state investors thinking they can do it/run it better than a local investor can.I don't claim to be right but am always happy sharing my opinions in a passionate way through my video blogs.Much success
