I didn't know about this until seeing a youtube video of an investor mentioning rental autodraft which led me to this BP topic.

As much as wireless is touted as a great solution, wired is still preferred due to packet loss with wireless particularly with video.

The more you interact, the more you get to know people.

Over the years, I have not personally visited any of these rehabs when the work is done, but rather rely on pictures/videos and my PM walking them. 

I have an alert for 'Edmonton' and that's how I saw this post.Along with reading material and interacting with people on the site I recommend you start attending local REIA meetings and networking with investors. 

I thought I'd share this video with you.So the other day I made a yard sign that I am planning to use at the house I am buying.

Aside from interacting on this board and reaching out to prospective operating partners here, I recommend doing the same in the MHU boards and reaching out to smaller MHP operators.  

Would like advice and feed back on great schools to attend that supply interactive learning.

Other than that I think video tutorials will be my best friend for a while haha
