Hi everyone, question for those of you on here who have experience with STR, specifically in the Western North Carolina market. 

Thank everyone very much for your wisdom, experience, and feedback. 

I wonder what’s your experience and advice.

Anyone have any experiences with them?

I concede I'm a bit conservative but look in the mirror and tell yourself honestly that you have practically no real estate knowledge and no real estate experience and then ask yourself is that's the footing you want to be on as a basis for totally disrupting your life and risking $250k. 

I will appreciate if someone can give me a feedback about it based on experience working with it and finding deals thru them.

The Sheriff will handle it here, and they don't put up with any BS in my experience.

I want to know if the BiggerPockets community has any insight or experience finding and leasing to NNN tenants.

Currently I am looking at "Your In Town Home" , "Vision Realty Management" just based on the google reviews but would love to get some ideas based on anyone else's personal experience.
