these houses are located in a good school district area. the one in the middle with 3 beds i would think the ARV will be around 120k at least.

we sometimes put just mulch around the patios/in the beds and just that looks nice. mulch is cheap.

If you dont arrange for a dumpster, they'll shove it under the bed...lol.
