Towns like these interest me as they seem to have some solid opportunities available for someone with motivation and the will to succeed, while also being home to beautiful mountains with hunting, fishing, and outdoor opportunities.Also I'll be all over these states so if any BP members would like to meet up, get coffee/dinner, and B/S with my wife and I about RE that'd be awesome!

It's easier to find a buyer if you have a deal.A lot of people think you need to know what your buyers want, and that is true, but you can bet there are plenty of buyers for the basic 3/2/2 1,500 sq. ft. house (with an ARV that is below the median value for homes in your market).
