I have bought HF tools for one time use and ended up surprisedHave an electric jackhammer that has many hours on it now (approx 6 yrs)I bought a spare thinking it would die quick.and a few reciprocating saws that outlasted higher end items.Some of the bits and blades are great for the price once you learn which ones hold up****(Over time I trained wife to believe. big name tools fit my hands and that cheap tools cause my hands to cramp)*** I end up not getting a lot at HF

And for fools note sake I paid $997 just for their tax lien program, then $1,997 for the 3 day seminar then $4,500 for a custom package which included numerous online training's, a consolation to create an LLC, and their propstream software.

It also reduced the amount of visits to the apartment and made showings difficult.Anyway its now rented to a lovely couple - I took on-board the advice from the podcasts and forums about tenant screening and training - so hopefully this will eliminate some problems that could have arisen otherwise.Looking forward to increase my portfolio, and so now considering whether to purchase in the same area, same state or another state.

When I was in Army Aviation, I located a car I had to get back by having pilots fly a search pattern over a rural area as training, they found the car and they guy couldn't believe I found him.
