I feel like this would be a great option if I were to quit my job to invest, but that isn't likely.It almost seems like the LLC is the obvious answer, but I would really like to find a way to have one large pool of capital for stocks and note investing in a single checking/trading account.

Some advocate make any/many deals that yield a profit.Others, create a marketing plan and become selective, becoming better with each transaction.That should perk some opinions with the community.Here's my thoughts before I dove into MFUs.First, I found that college students have an agenda (to graduate) and when met, they move on, sometimes with adverse consequences to your property -- RULE OUT STUDENTS.As always, location is a big contributor in RE and cities with high vacancy rates(VR) impact the ROI and you can't control VR.
