I agree with others that secondary markets are going to have a lower bar for entry and less volatile ups and downs as the real estate market cycles.If you're going the Turnkey route, focus on the people first and market second.

Concentrate on preparing for law school, this will probably be your last year to enjoy other activities for several years, because after school, you'll have the Bar, then you'll be hitting the desk working, hopefully you'll be busy.
