Gap year before law school

Hi. I am from Michigan. I have an interest in going into commercial and maybe residential real estate. Growing up I watched my dad deal with many of the retail properties he owned. I would like to continue and build upon what he has done. Ultimately, I would like to go into real estate law. I am taking a gap year in between completing my bachelors and going to law school. Right now, my main concern is how I should make use of that year. I have thought about a couple of options, but I am not sure on which route would be the most beneficial to me. I was thinking about doing some sort of masters in real estate that I could complete in one year. Along with the masters, I could prepare for the LSAT. In this case I would get my real estate license after law school.  My second option would be to get some job experience with my bachelors in psychology or even use my resident producer license to work in an insurance agency. While I get some job experience I could make my real estate license and prepare for the LSAT. I would like other thoughts on these options and which one you think would be the best option for me. Also, if you have any other ideas for making best use of that gap year, please share! Appreciate the help. Thank you!
