I definitely don't know enough real estate to read through bullsh*t clearly, but I know enough and am starting to get a little suspicious.

I've done 30 BRRR projects and have hosted several meet ups to walk people through all the facets. 

I’m trying to do my first BRRRR. columbus you'll be buying trailers if you are in Franklin county, some rare smaller ones but most of that is smaller markets like Newark, Mansfield, etc where there is lots of upside still and markets are going through massive changes in a good way.

You may be able to get a HYSA through American Express Business Checking if you go the LLC route.

This way when I walk through, I immediately know on a high level if it can be done.For something like basements, maybe understanding things like required ceiling heights would be helpful.

I use it for multiple businesses so makes sense for me to purchase the desktop version.I always set up a bank account for each property (no matter the holding entity) so the accounting is easier to filter through.

You can learn a ton through social media and then once you have nailed down who would be the best fit to join up with, you can drop that much money in confidence.

There isn't going to be much of an opportunity to improve the value of a new build through a remodel so unless your discount is something along the lines of 20% or better, this may not be a good fit for the BRRRR strategy but that doesn't mean that it isn't a good opportunity for a different strategy.Just thinking out loud, maybe it could be a good fit for a lease option or rent to own play.
