Big factors are how bad is the infestation and how difficult is the property to treat, older homes with lots of nooks, or a resident with a fair amount of belongings to navigate. 

If I could boil that book down to four words it would be "Utilize technology. 

I doubt I will have any difficulties selling the house due to the condition, area, and the current market, I am mostly concerned with any chance of legal risk, or somehow damaging our relationship by messing something up terribly.

My plan is to try to let them go a while longer or at least until I start having some difficulty with them and then replacing them once I’ve saved up some money to do so with.
