@Jason Young Its very counter intuitive but yes doing a 401k makes no sense if you invest in REI.I am very against 401Ks because you can only choose from crappy options that have heavy fees.I don't really like Self Directed Roths or any tax sheltered retirement accounts either because you are subject to UDFI (more details below) and cannot leverage your investment which is a pillar in real estate investing.

It's no longer about possible subject to leads - we now have DATA and computers and direct mail to get there first.

I contacted a CPA in Ohio and he told me, that the LLC will be doing business in that state, so it's subject the state of Ohio taxes.

Also while on the subject of Norfolk / Hampton Roads, anyone have any recommendations on waste disposal (curbside pickup) current contract seems a bit steep.

I didn't know if taking the increase in the EIDL would be subject to similar limitations on the use of funds.
