Aligning yourself with a great team is impetrative- realtor, lending, contractor.

It may be a partnership issue with Yodlee but the team at Buildium doesn't seem to be taking care of it.

You just need to do more direct and move fast when you get something.We just doubled down on the direct mail for the month of March and I will keep the BP team on the loop.  

I'm thinking that the best way to get started is to assemble a small team so I can hit the ground running on *out of state buy and holds.

They are a part of your team, and as such should have your back and help you out through this.

Passive investing is to be part of an investment team buying larger multi-family property without being the lead investor who will source, negotiate and close the deal. 

I'm looking to start building my "team," and first I'm looking for an investor-friendly realtor, someone who's been an investor. 

Frankly, it's really nice having an attorney on the team, so I may consider keeping him long term.  

This is our second time stationed at Bragg, and I'm actively building my fix & flip team.
