Try to connect with other wholesalers in your state to ask questions.Another idea is to try to do joint venture flipping on deals that you find so you can learn and split the profits with another flipper, rather than assigning the deals to flippers.Hope that helps!

If this doesn't make sense, there are free DISC assessment which help with teams.Also, if you all sit down and map out all of the jobs to get one deal from beginning to end, you can assign each job to a person and this may highlight what skills are missing.

I still look for bargain properties with equity and still active with my auction company, now all I do is Control and Roll for short term profit doing assignments and flipping real estate, houses and commercial buildings for real short term profit without obligation to settle using no money down formula called "check funds"  for down pmt, with disclosure out clause in my skinny contract agreement (one page).
