Maybe you are more into sheriff sales / tax liens so you mostly get a heads up from the county's sheriff office when new product becomes available.

Also if you do your due dilligence, just like your buying the property yourself and run numbers and things while holding a real deal first hand then you'll be ahead of a lot of wholesellers!
