While I do have feelings about important social issues, taxes, etc, I just have always found politics to be a big, corrupt, dramatic dog and pony show.As I grow older and mature I'm really trying to understand both parties so I can make informed decisions and vote responsibly.

This thread has more truth in it than anything else I have seen on any social media in the last 2 weeks.Rates are up, leverage is down, traditional banks are pulling out of speculative loans. 

SSI is a social welfare program as the recipients didn't earn the benefit their are receiving.

Tenant(s) Social Security Number: this should have been obtained by the current landlord to do a background check during the application process.

Baseboard heat is riskier from a fire safety viewpoint because tenants often put objects too close to electric heaters or disable them because they want to place furniture where the heater is.

I've never been majorly social when it comes to an online presence or forums/blogs.

Unless you are a social worker you consider nothing except their likelihood and  ability to pay along with your ability to collect when they stop paying.

Do you think there is currently a high increase in the MF syndication investing sphere, more than we’ve ever had before, a saturation these days (due to social media outreach with so many courses teaching both active and passive MF syndication compounded by the pandemic effect) that we’ve reached or are reaching a point where there is less supply of the type of properties with the criteria that MF investors specifically look for?
