Every city inspector I've ever met with said that they can only require safety issues to be fixed, and not require you to add anything unless it is a safety issue (carbon, smoke detector, etc)For most municipalities I'd expect to have a smoke detector in or around each bedroom and a CO detector near all sleeping areas.Does Bedford use safebuilt for their inspections like Maple Heights does, or is it a city employee who came out?

IN the vast majority of cases this means the property itself generates zero or negative cash flow once the equity return is deducted.Extremely conservative investors that suffer from investment stress pay off rentals to sleep better at night but they make no true cash flow from their properties.
